Are fees charged by Coursestorm, the online catalog, for using a credit card refundable if the class is cancelled?

Unfortunately, no.  This convenience charge cannot be refunded.  If you want to avoid the processing fee, you can pay in person by cash or check, or you can mail the registration form to MDI Adult Ed (1081 Eagle Lake Rd, Bar Harbor ME 04609) with your check*.

*Be sure to indicate that you are paying by check when you register for a class on the website.
